Bodywork is any technique where a practitioner puts their hands on another person to facilitate healing. Massage, Chiropractic and Craniosacral are all examples. Massage
and Reiki are the two forms of bodywork I currently offer.
Dreams have meaning. Dreamwork is the recording and examination of dream images and material to gain awareness around ones state of being and learn from our inner wisdom. This practice can be done alone or with a trusted guide or dedicated group of peers. To learn more, click here.
